All clients are guaranteed certification to the standards referenced in any subsequent final project contract.The planned final certification date will be a mutually agreed date and documented in the project plan and or within subsequent management review meeting minutes.

Any nonconforming documentation, records or contracted support functions developed and implemented by quality.com.au.
All work and certification fees to rectify such a variation will be at the cost of quality.com.au. Subsequent certification will be achieved within one calendar month. Please note this has never happened.
Any nonconforming client practices, processes, non-disclosure, or non-implementation unknown to and or beyond the control of quality.com.au.
All additional consulting work and additional certification fees to rectify such variations will be at the cost of the client. However, the subsequent certification will then be achieved within one to three calendar months after the original certification date. Last occurrence circa 1994.
