Automotive - Hyundai Motor Company Australia
Background
A very large multinational automotive manufacturer and distributor that has become a household name within Australia, who coined the term ‘drive away, no more to pay’. With a huge focus on government, fleet and rental market sectors, HMCA has a need for ISO 9001 certification to demonstrate their capability within open tender and selective tender opportunities.
Other corporate requirements with ACCC and consumer law has led to the need for compliance and risk management protocols and systems. Their journey started with quality.com.au way back last century in 1995.

Full certification achieved on the first attempt Nationally and in NZ for Hyundai, Audi, Chrysler Jeep in March 1996. Followed by the rationalisation of brands, the appointments of resources, the right sizing of the organisation, the inclusion of compliance and risk management has resulted in a very robust myCompliance framework housed on the HMCA servers in an enterprise solution to manage their 9001, compliance and ACCC requirements.

SAAS - Hardhat
Background
HardHat are a highly experienced team of IT professionals running a startup designing, implementing and supporting cloud based enterprise software platform for the Mining and Oil & Gas, Engineering & Construction industries, where ISO9001 and ISO27001 are prerequisite. Having already received a prohibitive quotation from a top tier accounting firm, HardHat then approached quality.com.au.

Results
This was Quality’s first ISO27001 implementation for a fully cloud based provider. Utilising two of our senior consultants, Quality was able to deliver a successful result within 6 months, developing a bespoke, simplified system that eliminated much of the superfluous policy and standard wording typical with many of the ISO27001 systems currently available. We also managed to slip in their ISO 9001 at the same time.
Cleaning - National Cleaning Group
Background
A premium-cleaning specialist offering tailored solutions to Australia’s most demanding industry sectors of manufacturing, food and beverage, retail, hospitality and corporate clients our foremost priority is the end user of any facility or residence we clean. As they grew, so did the need to focus on people, clients, and governance.

Choosing to re-engage with the previous provider, Quality stripped out the bureaucracy, the obsolescent documentation and provided an easy to use, certification ready system within a fixed annual budget. Now used as a continuous improvement tool, the QMS now evolves with the corporate need and policy to deliver an outstanding range of products to the Australian marketplace.
Engineering - Centa Transmissions
Background
Modification, sales, storage and distribution of specialised flexible couplings and mounts. Centa had let their certification to the previous iteration of ISO 9001 lapse as the previous parent company no longer required this Sydney based company to maintain it. Times change and the local market and new parent company re-emphasised the need for ISO 9001 certification .
