To the extent necessary, our company maintains documented information (policy, procedure, instruction, etc) to support the operation of its processes; and retains documented information (records) to have confidence that the processes are being carried out as planned.
These documents and records are managed with our proprietary product, myQualityTM which enables us to add and indeed subtract or archive as we need. The very fabric of this cloud based platform takes care of the records needed, as do the voluntary uploads of the ‘necessary records we use to give us the confidence we are doing this right. Like our client surveys, project start up checklists, email drafts for conveying instructions, etc.
