leadership
In our world we define the responsibilities, authorities and verifications of all people in our policies, procedures, employment contracts, subcontractor consultant agreements and external provider agreements. Each have specific terms and conditions. Each enables the person or company to modify ‘bits’ to best suit them and our commercial partnership. These are managed through open communication in all of its form.
We also meet the minimum requirements with regard the focus on the management systems, conformity to the standards (and we have four of them to conform to), ensuring we meet our contractual obligations and of course we wrap all this data into our scorecards, huddles and management reviews. One of our most robust mechanisms is our RIO process, where anyone can raise a review to ensure performance, opportunities and client focus remain at the forefront. Each of these are embedded in our workflows to ensure they are never forgotten and that we have the ability to gather and review the relevant data.
We then look at our third party certifications as the edification of the company, of our client focus, of our external providers to ensure leadership is making a difference to all of our interested parties. But that is another blog all together.
