Design part 1
At quality.com.au we claim to design, develop and implement quality management systems. We are even certified to ISO 9001 to do so. Nice huh!
We then back these claims up in our quality manual, our project management procedure, our business plan and review all such stuff in our management review meetings. There is no ambiguity and the records are easy to find in myQualityTM . the secret to demystifying the design process has been not to try and describe the incredibly complex permutations of moulding a quality management system around a corporate structure, but in having the review points to ensure that is design facets are being met. A very large checklist. A monumental number of templates and examples. Trained and skilled consulting resources to match needs and expectations, using the very quality management system itself that we are developing to look after the review elements and records during the design process by recording them in their own management reviews, corrective actions, audits, risks, objectives and so on.
The great news is that we have one very simple verification and validation process and that is the ultimate success of the certification for our clients. Beautiful symmetry here. And the great news if that the guarantee we provide to all our clients means certification and the ultimate in design delivery is always met. Noice.
