selecting a certification provider

selecting a provider

Choose a certification provider as you would any other service provider and base your decision on price, service and quality.  But remember, you can only ever have 2 of 3 of these attributes.

There are over 30 providers within Australia.
quality.com.au has dealt with most of them.  Each provider has a different way of getting a proposal.  Each have varying degrees of complexity to engage with them.  Each present their costs in a different format / structure.

Unfortunately, not many of the certification providers provide a quality service.  There are many contributing factors to this but predominantly there are 3 main factors; lack of client service, poor 'back office' support, inadequate client facing personnel.

So if you are not getting what you expected, not getting what you were promised, contact your provider and get them to fix the situation.  After all you are investing a great deal of time and resources to your certification, make sure you are getting what you deserve.  And if they can't (or won't) then change.
changing a provider

If you must or want to change your provider, you can.  The exercise is relatively simple depending on the provider.  It should be 'free'.  Just make sure you give the outgoing provider at least 4 weeks notice, otherwise you may incurr some 'fine print' costs and penalties.

quality.com.au's choice

The company we choose and trust to provide quality.com.au with their certification needs is Global-Mark.  They made the transition from our previous provider seamless and painless with no extra fees.  We like their personnel, processes, back office support and automation, ensuring we get what we deserve from a certification provider.
