Mark has over 20 years industry experience the last 15 consulting to a wide range of industries and organisations including finance and insurance, medical device manufacturing, communications and the public sector. He specialises in performance improvement projects based on process improvement, change management and systems implementation.

 

Mark has extensive and successful experience in project and program management. He operates successfully in large and complex organisations as well as those that are targeted and dynamic.  Mark has a degree in Science from Macquarie University. He has lectured in Systems Management at the NSW Institute of Technology. He has been a member of the Australian Institute of Management.
