Karen has over 20 years industry experience, holding various management positions with a range of service organizations including finance, recruitment and real estate. She has spent the last 10 years consulting to both large and small organizations, as a quality systems consultant, developing and maintaining quality systems to meet ISO9001 standards.
With a strong belief that quality systems should be flexible and meet specific client needs, as well as Certification standards, Karen’s focus is on the development of systems which are simple, effective and easy to maintain. Having conducted hundreds of internal audits, Karen sees these as an excellent opportunity to gain employee cooperation and participation, as well as a unique training medium. Holding a Business Degree, with a major in Marketing, Karen’s experience and qualifications provide a broad perspective on organisational issues and challenges.
