We would then put forward a proposal documenting a broad project plan with defined resources, outcomes, deliverables and a fixed cost. Upon acceptance the following design phases will be implemented.
Phase I - Planning
This phase will finalise project definition and will culminate in a project plan identifying agreed timeliness and deliverables.
Phase II - Execution, review and support
The project plan will be implemented and measured against the documented project milestones. Project performance will be measured against the project plan during project reviews. Project reviews will consist of meetings, recorded in minutes and or the project plan. Support will be provided to the agreed level and monitored based on the performance of internal and external quality audits.
Phase III - Closure
The project will be finalised as agreed to in the project plan including client acceptance and handover as required. Where there is a commitment to continuing system support this phase will include negotiations and agreement on the next support period.
These services are normally conducted on your premises to a published schedule of attendance. Or, you might like us to do most of the work from our own premises through either remote access to your network or through a dedicated extranet or internet model that we can design to your specifications. The choice is yours. |
