Ralph Davies

Ralph has an Honours Degree in Applied Physics and has had extensive experience across a diverse range of technologies and industries including; Defence, Communications, Medical, Manufacturing, Electronics, Standards, Intellectual Property, Architecture, Building and Construction.

Ralph has held senior management positions in large, medium and small enterprises including; Project Management, Technical Management, Research & Development, Product Design & Development, and International Technology Transfer. A variety of QA Management positions, experience as a senior certification auditor and QA Consulting, have given Ralph extensive exposure to a large number of management systems. He now specialises in ISO 9001 management system; implementation, integration, maintenance and improvement. His advanced skills in Microsoft Office VBA programming, his management and auditing experience, continues to give added value to systems he implements and maintains.

pam keirs

Pam has gained 20 years experience in quality assurance and quality systems in the chemical, pharmaceutical, building products and health and beauty care industries. For the past six years she has worked as a quality systems consultant. Pam is a firm believer in keeping systems simple and practical and enjoys using data to identify opportunities for improvement.

peter donataccio

Peter has over 30 years of diverse industry experience. He has held executive positions in various organisations and over the last 15 years worked in auditing and consulting roles in numerous organisations and industries including electrical and telecommunications, aviation, aerospace, defence, petroleum, manufacturing and human services.

karen crawford

Karen has over 20 years industry experience, holding various management positions with a range of service organizations including finance, recruitment and real estate. She has spent the last 10 years consulting to both large and small organizations, as a quality systems consultant, developing and maintaining quality systems to meet ISO9001 standards.

paul johnston

Paul has over 20 years experience in both the public and private sectors, including working as a forensic scientist for the South Australian government and more than 10 years consulting to various industry, small business and public organisations.

margaret kavanagh

Margaret started her quality career in Ireland with both ISO 9001 and Ticküt accreditation and now focuses on building process-driven quality management systems in the software industry. Moving to Sydney in 2003, Margaret has successfully being involved in various software companies where improved quality systems have been recertified adding greater efficiency in business operations.
