Expect a 'quality' service
Unfortunately, not many of the certification providers provide a quality service. There are many contributing factors to this but predominantly there are 3 main factors they don't; lack of client service, poor 'back office' support, inadequate client facing personnel. So if you are not getting what you expected, not getting what you were promised, contact your provider and get them to fix the situation. After all you are investing a great deal of time and resources to your certification, make sure you are getting what you deserve. And if they can't (or won't) then change.
Changing providers
